  1. Is the cleaning service included in the total price?

    The cleaning service fee is included in the total price. If not, it would be indicated in the particular conditions of each apartment.

  2. I want to make a reservation but I am looking for an apartment with particular characteristics.

    Apart from searching an apartment by the number of people and the availability, it is possible to search more specifically by the area, the number of bedrooms, apartments with access for disabled people, apartments which accept domestic animals, apartments with a baby cot……In order to conduct this type of search, you will have to access the "filter the results".

  3. Does the total price include expenses or taxes?

    The total price includes taxes. Additional expenses, if existing, would be indicated in the particular conditions of each apartment.

  4. “Comparison”: what is it and how does it work?

    The Comparison tool is a powerful tool where you can visualize up to 4 apartments with all their characteristics ordered and aligned, which facilitates the comparison and the selection of your ideal apartment.

  5. How do I get the booking confirmation and the keys?

    The confirmation of your booking will be sent to the e-mail address that you used in the reservation form.

    When you receive the booking confirmation by e-mail, you will get detailed instructions about how to collect the keys.

  6. I want to know if there are beddings and towels in the apartment.

    Yes, apartments provide beddings and towels for the amount of people arriving to the apartment.

  7. I would like to book a couple of apartments for a bigger group of people.

    Normally apartments which are located in the same building have similar names. Therefore they are easily recognisable in the apartments list. Please conduct "filter the results" and if you still have doubts, please contact us and we will try to help you.

  8. What is the deposit?

    It is a quantity of money that we ask for as a guarantee for the care and good use of the apartment. If it is found upon your departure that the apartment is found in a good state, the money will be returned to you.

  9. When does the check-in start and the check-out finish ?

    Our check-in starts at 2 p.m. and the check-out is at 11 a.m.

  10. Is there a possibility to pay with a credit/debit card?

    Yes, you can pay either with cash or credit/debit card in LeoApart office.

  11. Is it possible to pay in a foreign currency?

    In LeoApart office the following currencies are accepted: zloty (PLN), euro (EUR), american dollar (USD) and british pound (GBP).

  12. Is it possible to collect/bring back the apartment keys before/after office hours?

    LeoApart office is open from Monday till Friday between 8:00 -21:00 and from Saturday till Sunday between 8:30 - 17:00. Within these hours check-in and check-out take place in the office.

    After these hours  there is a possibility of collecting and bringing back the apartment keys at the reception in Galeria Italiana building on Więzienna street. In these circumstances we would require previous contact with our office in order to settle the way of handing over the keys.

  13. Is it possible to order cleaning service during my stay in the apartment?

    Yes, there is a possiblity to order cleaning service in the apartment during your stay. Such cases will be considered individually. In this case, please contact our office.

  14. Is it possible to book a taxi transfer from the airport/railway station directly to the apartment?

    Yes, it is possible to order a taxi trasfer directly to/from the apartment. If you would like to use the LeoApart TAXI service please contact our office.

  15. Is it possible to use parking space?

    In regards to apartments on Czysta street - there is one parking space intended for each apartment. The price of the parking space is already included in the total price.

    In regards to other locations there is a possibility to rent a parking space in the underground garage in Galeria Italiana building (the same one, where LeoApart office is located) on Więzienna street. The price of one parking space is 50PLN per night. The amount of parking spaces is limited. In order to book a parking space please contact LeoApart office.
